About me

I am a driven and ambitious professional currently working at the Innovation Department of CYENS Centre of Excellence in Nicosia, Cyprus.

I have 3 years of work experience at the headquarters of Equinor (ex-Statoil). Equinor is Norway’s national energy company at the forefront of the global energy transition, with multinational operations in oil and gas, renewables and new energy solutions.

I have worked in Equinor’s Corporate Innovation unit, where, amongst other, I have worked on Equinor’s corporate innovation strategy, led the department’s reorganization in summer 2022, and led a team of 10 people for planning and execution of the Equinor & Techstars Energy Accelerator program.

I have also worked within Corporate IT and Digitization, specifically, as product responsible of ‘Business Intelligence’ maps for Equinor’s exploration activities (oil & gas) and license trading in the North Sea.

I am recognized as a creative & communicative high performer with leadership skills. When working with a team, I am inclusive, open and unifying. I've had previous academic/work experience in the USA, UK and France.

Through (or outside) my job, I am interested in creating local impact that makes society more fair, inclusive & sustainable, and I am interested in empowering people, especially younger women.
